Acceptance of Terms

By using clipr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.

clipr grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software. You may not:

Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Lifetime licenses are one-time payments with no recurring fees.

Refund requests can be made within 14 days of purchase. Contact us at support@getclipr.app.

clipr is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The software is not suitable for safety-critical applications.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of clipr.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email.

This agreement is governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Germany.
